The Office of Faculty is pleased to offer the Mid-Career Cohort Leadership Program (MCCLP). The MCCLP is designed to support the professional advancement of faculty who are at least 5 years at the rank of assistant professor or who hold the rank of associate or full professor in the JHU School of Medicine. Nine in-person sessions will be offered between September 2025 and January 2026. The program is only available in person. JHU full- and part-time employees are eligible.
The program goals are to:
- Develop JHU leaders who can contribute to future initiatives throughout the school
- Retain growing leaders by providing a prestigious and challenging learning experience, which can lead to new opportunities and promotion
- Embrace values and concepts that are critical to the success of JHU
- Offer the opportunity to create and internalize an expanded leadership identity with a sense of self‐efficacy and purpose
The class size will be limited to 40 participants who represent a balance of departments and divisions. Applicants may be nominated or self-nominated. Faculty of all genders are encouraged to apply. Please see the brochure for additional details.
