We are very pleased to announce the call for the Center for Innovative Medicine Next Generation Scholar Awards. Through the generosity of the Johns Hopkins Center for Innovative Medicine (CIM) donors, the Department of Medicine has received $3M to launch this program designed to support the success of outstanding early-career faculty who are innovators in the areas of research, education and clinical care. Each CIM/Next Generation Scholar will be eligible to receive up to $240,000 of funding over 3 years.
To ensure a fair and balanced process, divisions may submit no more than two total applications. Divisions may either carry over a previous application or withdraw it in order to submit new ones. For divisions with more than 60 faculty (Cardiology, PCCM, JHH GIM, and ID), we will consider up to two new applications (with a maximum of three total, if a previous application is carried over).
