The Office of Clinician and Faculty Care (OCFC) was created to address these barriers, through confidential, accessible, flexible services from clinicians that understand our work.
What OCFC Offers
- Confidential Support: Counseling and mental health services from experienced Hopkins clinicians. Protected documentation with no link to employment records.
- Flexible Scheduling: In-person and virtual appointments available at various times to accommodate demanding schedules. Availability within 1 week in most cases.
- Six free visits, with the option to continue care.
- Eligibility: JHM Clinicians, including:
- Registered Nurses
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Physicians
- School of Medicine clinical and research faculty
All Hopkins employees can access counseling through JHEAP- JH Employee Assistance Program
