Applications should include a short (200 word maximum) statement of the project and its importance to the group’s research program. This call is for applications to support research involving new genetically engineered mouse line development at the Hopkins Transgenic Mouse Core.

Faculty may initially request up to $4,200 in funding. If additional funds are needed beyond this amount, please provide a short statement (<50words) indicating why and the additional amount needed. The excess over $4,200 may or may not be allocated depending on demand.

Embryo manipulation must be completed by June 30, 2026 to receive funding. Any funds unused by June 30 will be rescinded. Please limit to one application per lab.
