DOM Responsible Conduct of Research Session

The DOM will host a hybrid Responsible Conduct of Research session on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

To engage in research, all personnel (faculty, staff, and trainees) must maintain certification in Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR), as prescribed by the JHU Office of Research Integrity (ORI). This session will count toward the SOM's Responsible Conduct of Research Program departmental training requirement, one component of which is attendance (at least once every 4 years) at a departmental/divisional interactive session on RCR.

Case Studies in Responsible Conduct of Research
Join us for an interactive panel presentation of four real-world research ethics cases. After each case is presented, the audience will be invited to discuss their perspectives and share how they would handle the situation. Come prepared to engage, reflect, and learn practical approaches to ethical challenges in research.

In-person attendance is strongly encouraged. Cameras must be on for virtual attendance to receive credit for the session.

Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10 a.m. in the Grossi Auditorium in the Asthma and Allergy Center at JHBMC
