The Department of Medicine had four graduates of the seventh class of the Leadership Program for Women Faculty sponsored by the Office of Women in Science and Medicine, the SOM Office of Faculty Development and JHU Talent Management and Organization Development. This intensive 10-month program aims to provide leadership development for high potential women faculty.
