Service Excellence Cohort
The Department of Service Excellence has designed a cohort that is sure to provide an engaging experience for all who at-tend. The three part series will provide attendees with the skill set needed to create and maintain meaningful partnerships with patients and staff. The cohort may be completed in one day or in three separate sessions to accommodate participants schedules. Upon completion all will receive a certificate signify-ing fulfillment of the Johns Hopkins Hospital Service Excellence Cohort. Please register for the courses through MyLearning to reserve a seat.

Marida Twilley, nurse educator, co-authored an article recently published in the journal Resuscitation entitled "Integration of In-Hospital Cardiac Arrest Contextual Curriculum into a Basic Life Support Course: A Randomized, Controlled Simulation Study."
