The Johns Hopkins Institutions Diversity Leadership Council is seeking nominations for its 14th annual Diversity Recognition Awards. These awards recognize exceptional contributions of faculty, staff and students in advancing and celebrating diversity and inclusiveness at Johns Hopkins.
Faculty, staff and students from all divisions of Johns Hopkins are eligible to receive the award. Current members of the Johns Hopkins Institutions Diversity Leadership Council are not eligible to be nominated. Previous award recipients are eligible six years following receiving their last award.
Individuals may nominate themselves, or be nominated by any member of the Johns Hopkins community. The criteria for this award are:
- a demonstrated commitment to the advancement of diversity, inclusion, and/or multiculturalism
- specific efforts and activities supporting diversity and inclusion that are above and beyond the nominee’s regular duties and responsibilities
