The new Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Hanna H. Gray Fellows Program aims to recruit individuals from underrepresented groups in life sciences in order to increase diversity in the biomedical research community. Fellows will receive a non-renewable grant of $80,000 annually for up to four years of postdoctoral training support followed by a non-renewable grant of $270,000 annually for up to four years of the faculty phase, if program criteria are met.
