The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Scholars Program is once again actively seeking candidates for the KL2 Mentored Career Development Awards. There will be seven awards available–six with an appointment start date of July 1, 2017, and one that will likely begin on September 1, 2017. Junior faculty members (5 years or fewer on the faculty, combined at all institutions) and current postdoctoral fellows with pending faculty appointments as of July 1, 2017 are eligible to apply for this nationally respected three-year award.

Completed applications are due Friday, December 2, 2016 at 5 p.m. EST via the online application system at http://jhcrs.jhmi.edu.
An information session will be held on Tuesday, November 1 from noon-1 p.m at 2024 East Monument Street, Suite 1-500 in the Neil R. Powe Conference Room (1-500Q). The session will feature a 30-minute presentation on the program, explanation of eligibility requirements and the application process and attendees will have the opportunity to have their individual questions answered. A light lunch will be served.
