Henry Fessler, professor and fellowship director in the Division of Pulmonary, was recently named the 2017 recipient of the Outstanding Educator Award from the American Thoracic Society (ATS). This award recognizes lifetime contributions in education and mentoring in the fields of pulmonary, critical care or sleep medicine. He will be presented the award at the ATS annual conference in Washington, D.C. this May.
