With Paul Scheel’s impending departure, I have convened a search committee to find the next Director of the Division of Nephrology. I would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Nephrology faculty, to Dr. Scheel for his leadership and to the search committee for their work to identify the best candidates to lead our Nephrology Division into the future. I am grateful that Dr. Derek Fine is serving as the interim division director, and for the broad and constructive participation of the Nephrology faculty at this time of transition.
