Anderson Receives Distinguished Scientist Award

Just this week, our director, Mark Anderson, called out the scientific achievements of our faculty and staff at the DOM Research Retreat. But part of what has made our department so successful in that arena is that we are led by example. With that, I would like to announce that Mark has been selected to receive the 2017 Distinguished Scientist Award from the Heart Rhythm Society. This honor is bestowed upon one individual who has made major contributions to the advancement of scientific knowledge in the field of cardiac pacing and/or cardiac electrophysiology each year. We are both honored and inspired to claim this year's recipient as our own leader.
