Doris Duke Early Clinician Investigator Award

The Johns Hopkins Doris Duke Early Clinician Investigator Award, which supports outstanding junior faculty physician scientists who are working on clinical research projects while facing significant extraprofessional caregiving demands, is seeking applicants for its second cohort. Applicants should currently have research funding, such as a career development award or research project grant, that includes salary support. The deadline to submit your completed application is February 2, 2018. They expect to fund 2-4 awards of up to $40,000 of supplemental, flexible funding for salary/research support for 1-2 years. Funding will start July 1, 2018.
