Diversity Recognition Awards

The Johns Hopkins Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) is seeking nominations for its 16th annual Diversity Recognition Awards. These awards recognize exceptional contributions of faculty, staff and students in advancing and celebrating diversity and inclusion at Johns Hopkins.

Faculty, staff and students from all divisions of Johns Hopkins are eligible to receive the award. Current members of the DLC are not eligible to be nominated.

Individuals may nominate themselves, or be nominated by any member of the Johns Hopkins community. The criteria for this award are: a demonstrated commitment to the advancement of diversity, inclusion and/or multiculturalism and specific efforts and activities supporting diversity and inclusion that are above and beyond expectations given the nominee’s regular roles and responsibilities.

The deadline for receipt of nominations is Friday, April 6, 2018. The Diversity Recognition Awards Ceremony will be held on May 15, 2018 from 3:30-5 p.m. in the Glass Pavilion on the Homewood campus.
