Maura McGuire MD, CPC, FACP - Dr. Maura J. McGuire is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Senior Director of Education for the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians (OJHP) and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP).
Michelle Campbell, MBA, Sr Director, Strategic Initiatives – OJHP - Michelle is an Epic efficiency expert specializing in ambulatory clinical workflows.
John E. Crockett II, CPC - OJHP Senior Director – Client Services – Medical Groups, Johns Hopkins Medicine - John Crockett has over three decades of experience with medical revenue-cycle management. In the past two decades, John has shepherded increases in annual charges for the DOM from 55 million dollars in FY98, to a projected 344 million dollars in FY23. In collaboration with OBQA and OJHP Provider Education, John complements the SOM trainings. John emphasizes documentation requirements, risk mitigation, and compliant optimization of revenue opportunities. John has been an AAPC Certified Coder for 23 years.
