Dr. Gerard Mullin, associate professor in the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, was selected as the recipient of the 2024 Obesity, Metabolism & Nutrition (OMN) Section Research Mentor Award from the American Gastroenterological Association. This award recognizes his achievements as an outstanding mentor in a specific area of research. He will be presented with the award during Digestive Disease Week 2024 in Washington, D.C. in May.
