Conway Named Interim Senior Vice President for the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians

Dr. Sarah Johnson Conway, assistant professor in the Division of Hospital Medicine at JHH, will be the interim senior vice president for the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians beginning November 18 following Dr. Jon Efron's departure.

Dr. Conway completed training in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins prior to joining the faculty in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Conway is highly regarded for her leadership in physician practice alignment and integration, novel care delivery models and value-based care. She serves as the senior medical director in the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians, chief medical officer (CMO) of the Johns Hopkins Clinical Alliance, and president of Johns Hopkins Personalized Care. In her CMO role, she oversees the Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinically Integrated Network operations, including provider network development, clinical care models and network contracting. She is a Carol Emmott Fellow, and earlier this year, was named a rising star by Becker’s Hospital Review.
